Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1 – Check Whether the Battery Firmware Has Been Updated

Step 2 – Update the Battery Firmware Through the Aventon App
Use the Aventon App to complete the battery firmware update process.

wait 10 seconds
power the bike back on
test the charging process again
If yes
If the bike charges normally after the update:
continue monitoring the bike during normal use
