โš™๏ธ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY

Key Steps

  1. Unbox bike and remove packaging
  2. Rotate stem 180ยฐ and align forward
  3. Install handlebars (tighten to ~6Nm)
  4. Connect cables:
    • Display
    • Throttle
    • Brake cutoff
    • Headlight
  5. Install front wheel:
    • Align rotor between brake pads
    • Tighten axle (35โ€“45Nm)
  6. Install front fender
  7. Align and tighten stem
  8. Install rear rack (8โ€“10Nm)
  9. Install pedals:
    • Right = clockwise
    • Left = counterclockwise
    • Torque: 35Nm
  10. Inflate tires: 10โ€“30 PSI
  11. Adjust seat height and angle

๐Ÿ”‹ BATTERY & CHARGING

Charging Steps

  1. Turn battery OFF
  2. Open charging port
  3. Connect charger to bike
  4. Plug into outlet
  5. Wait until full
  6. Disconnect (wall first, then bike)

Charging Rules (CRITICAL)

  • Charge between 0ยฐC โ€“ 40ยฐC
  • Do NOT charge >12 hours
  • Do NOT leave unattended
  • Use original charger only
  • Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
  • Do NOT cover charger

Charging Indicators

  • Red = charging
  • Green = fully charged

Battery Specs

  • 36V / 19.88Ah
  • Range: up to 64 miles (ideal conditions)
  • Charging time: ~5โ€“6 hours

Battery Removal

  • Unlock via display (Battery Lock menu)
  • Battery pops out automatically
  • Emergency removal via bolts (bottom of frame)

Battery Storage

  • Store at ~75% charge
  • Temperature: 0ยฐC โ€“ 40ยฐC
  • Check monthly

STOP USING IMMEDIATELY IF:

  • Overheating
  • Smell or smoke
  • Leakage
  • Deformation

Power

  • Hold power button to turn ON/OFF

Assistance Modes

  • ECO
  • SPORT
  • TURBO

Throttle

  • Works from standstill
  • Recommended: pedal first, throttle second

Lights

  • Hold โ€œ+โ€ for 3 seconds

Turn Signals

  • Use left/right arrows

HOLD FUNCTION (Anti-Rollback)

  • Prevents rollback on hills
  • Activates after stopping

CRUISE CONTROL

Activates when:

  • Speed > 10 km/h
  • Battery > 15%
  • PAS active

BOOST MODE

  • Extra power for hills
  • Max 30 seconds
  • Cooldown: 5 minutes
