โ๏ธ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY
Key Steps
- Unbox bike and remove packaging
- Rotate stem 180ยฐ and align forward
- Install handlebars (tighten to ~6Nm)
- Connect cables:
- Display
- Throttle
- Brake cutoff
- Headlight
- Install front wheel:
- Align rotor between brake pads
- Tighten axle (35โ45Nm)
- Install front fender
- Align and tighten stem
- Install rear rack (8โ10Nm)
- Install pedals:
- Right = clockwise
- Left = counterclockwise
- Torque: 35Nm
- Inflate tires: 10โ30 PSI
- Adjust seat height and angle

๐ BATTERY & CHARGING
Charging Steps
- Turn battery OFF
- Open charging port
- Connect charger to bike
- Plug into outlet
- Wait until full
- Disconnect (wall first, then bike)
Charging Rules (CRITICAL)
- Charge between 0ยฐC โ 40ยฐC
- Do NOT charge >12 hours
- Do NOT leave unattended
- Use original charger only
- Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
- Do NOT cover charger

- Green = fully charged

Battery Removal
- Unlock via display (Battery Lock menu)
