โš™๏ธ Setup & Assembly

Key Steps

  1. Unbox bike and remove packaging
  2. Rotate and align stem
  3. Install handlebar (tighten to approx. 6Nm)
  4. Connect all cables (display, headlight, shifter)
  5. Install front wheel (align rotor with brake caliper)
  6. Install fender and rear rack
  7. Install pedals:
    • Right = clockwise
    • Left = counterclockwise
  8. Inflate tires (10โ€“30 PSI)
  9. Adjust seat height and angle

How to Charge

  1. Turn battery OFF
  2. Open charging port
  3. Connect charger to bike
  4. Plug into wall outlet
  5. Wait until fully charged
  6. Disconnect (wall first, then bike)

Charging Indicators

  • Charger:
    • Red = charging
    • Green = fully charged
  • Battery LED:
    • Blue = 66โ€“100%
    • Green = 33โ€“66%
    • Red = 0โ€“33%

Charging Rules

  • Charge between 0ยฐC โ€“ 40ยฐC
  • Do NOT charge for more than 12 hours
  • Do NOT leave unattended
  • Use original charger only
  • Charge on a hard surface (concrete/brick)

  • 36V battery (~19.8Ah)
  • Range: up to ~83 miles (ideal conditions)
  • Charging time: ~5โ€“6 hours

Battery Removal

  • Unlock via display
  • Battery pops out
  • Can remove manually in emergency

Storage Guidelines

  • Store at ~75% charge
  • Keep between 0ยฐC โ€“ 40ยฐC
  • Check monthly
