Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1 – Cool the Battery Before Charging
Stop charging immediately.
Move the battery to an environment between:

Allow the battery to cool for at least 2 hours.
After cooling:

If the issue clears
The warning was likely caused by excessive battery temperature.
To help prevent future charging interruptions:
- avoid charging immediately after long or demanding rides

- store and charge the battery in temperature-controlled environments
- allow the battery to cool before reconnecting the charger
If the issue remains
Proceed with battery replacement.

After replacement:
- Connect the charger
- Verify charging begins normally
- Confirm the W05 warning no longer appears
If the issue clears

Step 3 – Replace the Charger
Replace the charger if:
- the W05 warning continues after replacing the battery
- the charger becomes excessively hot
