⚙️ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY
Key Steps
- Unbox bike and remove packaging
- Rotate and align stem
- Install handlebars:
- Align center markings
- Tighten to ~6 Nm
- Install front wheel:
- Ensure rotor is inside brake caliper
- Tighten axle to 35–45 Nm
- Align handlebars with front wheel
- Install pedals:
- Right = clockwise
- Left = counterclockwise
- Torque: ~35 Nm
- Install motor protection guards
- Inflate tires:
- 35–50 PSI
- Adjust seat height and angle
- Install headlight and connect cable
👉 Always check all bolts, alignment, and cables before riding
🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING
Charging Steps
- Turn battery OFF
- Open charging port
- Connect charger to battery
- Plug into outlet
- Wait until fully charged
- Disconnect (wall first, then battery)
Charging Indicators
- Red = charging
- Green = fully charged
Charging Rules (CRITICAL)
- Charge between 0°C – 40°C
- Charging time: 5–6 hours
- Do NOT charge more than 12 hours
- Do NOT leave unattended
- Use original charger only
- Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
- Do NOT cover charger
Battery Removal (Display Unlock System)
- Turn bike ON
- Press + and – together
- Select Battery Lock
- Unlock → battery pops out
- Remove manually
Battery Installation
- Insert battery firmly
- Push until you hear CLICK
- Ensure no gaps
- Confirm locked
⚠️ If installed incorrectly → Error E140
Battery Storage
- Store at ~75% charge
- Temperature: 0°C – 40°C
- Check monthly
STOP USING IF:
- Overheating
- Smell or smoke
- Leakage
- Deformation
