🧩 PRODUCT OVERVIEW

⚙️ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY

Key Steps

  1. Unbox bike and remove packaging
  2. Rotate and align stem
  3. Install handlebars:
    • Align center markings
    • Tighten to ~6 Nm
  4. Install front wheel:
    • Ensure rotor is inside brake caliper
    • Tighten axle to 35–45 Nm
  5. Align handlebars with front wheel
  6. Install pedals:
    • Right = clockwise
    • Left = counterclockwise
    • Torque: ~35 Nm
  7. Install motor protection guards
  8. Inflate tires:
    • 35–50 PSI
  9. Adjust seat height and angle
  10. Install headlight and connect cable

👉 Always check all bolts, alignment, and cables before riding


🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING

Charging Steps

  1. Turn battery OFF
  2. Open charging port
  3. Connect charger to battery
  4. Plug into outlet
  5. Wait until fully charged
  6. Disconnect (wall first, then battery)

Charging Indicators

  • Red = charging
  • Green = fully charged

Charging Rules (CRITICAL)

  • Charge between 0°C – 40°C
  • Charging time: 5–6 hours
  • Do NOT charge more than 12 hours
  • Do NOT leave unattended
  • Use original charger only
  • Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
  • Do NOT cover charger

Battery Removal (Display Unlock System)

  1. Turn bike ON
  2. Press + and – together
  3. Select Battery Lock
  4. Unlock → battery pops out
  5. Remove manually

Battery Installation

  • Insert battery firmly
  • Push until you hear CLICK
  • Ensure no gaps
  • Confirm locked

⚠️ If installed incorrectly → Error E140


Battery Storage

  • Store at ~75% charge
  • Temperature: 0°C – 40°C
  • Check monthly

STOP USING IF:

  • Overheating
  • Smell or smoke
  • Leakage
  • Deformation

🎮 CONTROLS & OPERATION

Power

  • Hold power button

Lights

  • Hold “+” for 3 seconds

Assistance Levels

  • ECO / SPORT / TURBO / BOOST
  • Adjust with “+ / –”

WALK MODE

  • Hold “–”

HOLD FUNCTION

  • Prevents rollback on hills (auto 30s hold)

CRUISE CONTROL

Conditions:

  • Speed > 10 km/h
  • Battery > 15%
  • Assist mode active

BOOST MODE

  • Temporary power boost
  • Max 30 seconds
  • Cooldown: 5 minutes

TURN SIGNALS

  • Use directional buttons
  • Press again to turn off

🛵 HOW TO RIDE

  1. Turn bike ON
  2. Select assist level
  3. Start pedaling or use throttle
  4. Shift gears as needed
  5. Use brakes to stop

  • Tires inflated (35–50 PSI)
  • Battery charged & locked
