🧩 PRODUCT OVERVIEW

⚙️ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY

Key Steps

  1. Unbox bike and remove packaging
  2. Install handlebar and stem faceplate
  3. Install dropper post lever
  4. Install front wheel:
    • Align with fork
    • Tighten axle securely
  5. Install kickstand
  6. Inflate tires:
    • 20–40 PSI depending on rider weight
  7. Install pedals:
    • Right = clockwise
    • Left = counterclockwise
    • Torque: ~30–35Nm
  8. Align and tighten handlebars
  9. Install and adjust seat
  10. Adjust dropper post height
  11. Install headlight and connect wiring
  12. Secure all wiring with buckles
  13. Connect control cables
  14. Turn ON display to confirm setup

👉 All bolts, wiring, and components must be checked before riding


🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING

Charging Steps

  1. Turn battery OFF
  2. Open charging port
  3. Connect charger to battery
  4. Plug into outlet
  5. Wait until fully charged
  6. Disconnect (wall first, then bike)

Charging Indicators

  • Red = charging
  • Green = fully charged

Battery Indicator

  • Blue = 66–100%
  • Green = 33–66%
  • Red = 0–33%

Charging Rules (CRITICAL)

  • Charge between 0°C – 40°C
  • Do NOT charge more than 12 hours
  • Do NOT leave unattended
  • Use original charger only
  • Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
  • Do NOT cover charger

Battery Specs

  • 36V / 19.2Ah
  • Range: up to 45 miles (PAS mode)
  • Charging time: ~4–5 hours

Battery Removal

  1. Open battery cover
  2. Insert key and turn
  3. Battery will pop up partially
  4. Press release plate to remove fully

Battery Installation

  • Insert battery firmly
  • Push until you hear “CLICK”
  • Ensure no gap between battery and frame
  • Confirm it is securely locked

Battery Storage

  • Store at ~75% charge
  • Temperature: 0°C – 40°C
  • Check monthly

STOP USING IMMEDIATELY IF:

  • Overheating
  • Smell or smoke
  • Leakage
  • Deformation

🛵 HOW TO RIDE

  1. Turn bike ON
  2. Select assist level
  3. Start pedaling
  4. Adjust gears as needed
  5. Use brakes to stop

Important

  • Pedal assist activates when pedaling
  • Practice in a safe area before riding in traffic

  • Brakes working properly
  • Tires inflated (20–40 PSI)

  • No loose bolts
