⚙️ FULL SETUP & ASSEMBLY
Key Steps
- Unbox bike and remove packaging
- Install handlebar and stem faceplate
- Install dropper post lever
- Install front wheel:
- Align with fork
- Tighten axle securely
- Install kickstand
- Inflate tires:
- 20–40 PSI depending on rider weight
- Install pedals:
- Right = clockwise
- Left = counterclockwise
- Torque: ~30–35Nm
- Align and tighten handlebars
- Install and adjust seat
- Adjust dropper post height
- Install headlight and connect wiring
- Secure all wiring with buckles
- Connect control cables
- Turn ON display to confirm setup
👉 All bolts, wiring, and components must be checked before riding
🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING
Charging Steps
- Turn battery OFF
- Open charging port
- Connect charger to battery
- Plug into outlet
- Wait until fully charged
- Disconnect (wall first, then bike)
Charging Indicators
- Red = charging
- Green = fully charged
Battery Indicator
- Blue = 66–100%
- Green = 33–66%
- Red = 0–33%
Charging Rules (CRITICAL)
- Charge between 0°C – 40°C
- Do NOT charge more than 12 hours
- Do NOT leave unattended
- Use original charger only
- Charge on hard surface (concrete/brick)
- Do NOT cover charger
Battery Specs
- 36V / 19.2Ah
- Range: up to 45 miles (PAS mode)
- Charging time: ~4–5 hours
Battery Removal
- Open battery cover
- Insert key and turn
- Battery will pop up partially
- Press release plate to remove fully
Battery Installation
- Insert battery firmly
- Push until you hear “CLICK”
- Ensure no gap between battery and frame
- Confirm it is securely locked
Battery Storage
- Store at ~75% charge
- Temperature: 0°C – 40°C
- Check monthly
