Assembly Instructions
- Pull the index pin outward to unlock the folding handle.
- Pull the handle outward and lift the steering tube until fully extended.
- Confirm that the index pin has returned to lock the folding handle.
- Connect the cables by aligning the arrows.
- Attach all four screws without tightening them first.
- Once all four screws are attached, tighten them.
- Adjust the brake cable to the appropriate position and tighten the screws.
Bluetooth & App Connection
App Setup
You can download the Dualtron app by:
- scanning the QR code in the manual, or
- searching for DUALTRON in the App Store or Google Play, then registering or logging in.
Pairing the Scooter
- Power on the scooter.
- Unlock the scooter with the NFC card.
- Tap Search vehicle in the app and pair with your scooter.
- The scooter is connected when the Bluetooth symbol lights up.
- Select Bind as owner. The manual states that no one else can connect, and only people authorised by you are allowed to connect; authorisations are created in the app.
How to Ride
- Power on the scooter and choose the speed mode before riding.
- Stand on the footboard with one foot and push off with the other foot to start gliding.
- Make sure SAFE mode has been disabled. The manual says SAFE mode is set via the Dualtron app and can be deactivated by squeezing the brake lever.
- Once moving, place both feet on the footboard and stand stably.
- Press the throttle to speed up.
- To slow down, release the throttle and squeeze the brake levers.
- To turn, shift your body and turn the handlebar slightly.
- Watch road conditions carefully and allow enough turning space.
Folding & Storage
- Pull the index pin outward to unlock the folding handle.
- Pull the folding handle outward.
- Slowly lower the steering tube.
- Reinsert the index pin to lock the scooter in the folded position.
