Overview

The Dualtron Togo and Togo Plus are electric scooters designed for personal mobility and urban commuting. This guide covers setup, controls, riding instructions, connectivity, and key specifications.


Safety & Rider Requirements

  • Recommended age: 16–60 years
  • Recommended height: 120–200 cm
  • Maximum rider weight: 100 kg

Always ride carefully and remain aware of road conditions. The manual warns that hard braking may result in serious injury.

Controls & Functions

  • Power button
    • Press and hold to turn the scooter on or off

    • Press to turn the front light on or off
  • Turn signal button
    • Press the left or right arrow on the turn signal button to activate the corresponding turn signal
    • The signal will blink when activated

Assembly Instructions

  1. Pull the index pin outward, then rotate it slightly to ensure a secure fit.
  2. Raise the steering tube.
  3. Reinsert the index pin to lock the folding system securely.
  4. Attach the handlebar body.
  5. Install the four screws:
    • First stage: tighten each screw to approximately 90% in the order 1–3–2–4
    • Second stage: fully tighten all screws to 100%

Bluetooth & App Connection

App Setup

  1. Download the Dualtron app by scanning the QR code or searching “DUALTRON”.
  2. Install and log in.
  3. Power on the scooter.

Pairing

  1. Tap Search vehicle in the app.
  2. Pair with your scooter.
  3. The scooter is connected when the Bluetooth symbol lights up.

Ownership Binding

  • Select Bind as owner
  • Only authorised users can connect to the scooter
  • Authorisations are managed within the app

How to Ride

Starting

  1. Power on the scooter.
  2. Choose a speed mode before riding.
    • Speed mode can be selected via the Dualtron app
    • The control system also allows switching gears using the power button
  3. Stand on the footboard with one foot and push off with the other to start gliding.
  4. Ensure SAFE mode is disabled (SAFE mode is configured in the app and can be deactivated by squeezing the brake lever).

Riding

  • Place both feet on the deck and maintain balance
  • Pull the accelerator to increase speed

Slowing Down

  • Release the accelerator
  • Squeeze the brake levers

Turning

  • Shift your body weight
  • Turn the handlebar gently
  • Ensure sufficient turning space and monitor road conditions

Safety Note

  • Hard braking may cause serious danger or injury
  • Maintain a moderate speed and remain alert to hazards

Folding & Storage

  1. Pull the index pin outward and rotate it slightly to unlock the folding system.
  2. Pull the folding handle so the folding plunger moves from the upper socket to the lower socket.
  3. When the folding mechanism is seated, reinsert the index pin to secure the folded position.
