- The display was converted from another display type
If modifications or accessories are found
Remove any added electronics and return the scooter wiring to its original configuration.
Then test the scooter again.
If the scooter was converted from a colour display to a central display
The controller protocol may be incompatible.
The central display requires a lithium battery protocol No. 2 compatible controller system.
Please contact support with:
- Photos of the display
- Photos of the controller area

If the issue remains
The display may require further inspection.
Please contact support.
If the pins appear normal
Inspect the controller and junction box wiring.
Step 3 – Inspect controller communication wiring
- Open the controller compartment cover.
- Locate:
- the XHB8 connector between the display main line and junction box
- the SM yellow/green 2-pin connectors between controller A and controller B
- Gently check whether:
- red wires are loose
- yellow wires are loose
- connectors are incorrectly connected
- pins are bent or contaminated
If loose or incorrect wiring is found
Reconnect the wiring securely and test the scooter again.
If the issue remains after reconnecting the wiring
The controller system or display main harness may require further inspection.
Please contact support with:
- Photos of the wiring

- bent pins
If loose or incorrect wiring is found
Reconnect the wiring securely and test again.
If the issue remains after reconnecting the wiring
The controller or display main harness may require further inspection.
Please contact support.
E05 – Undervoltage Protection
What This Error Means
E05 indicates the scooter voltage has dropped below the protection threshold.
Possible causes include:
- Low battery charge
- Battery fault
- Incorrect P8 voltage setting
- Controller fault
Step 1 – Charge the scooter fully
- Charge the scooter fully.
- Confirm the charger operates normally.
- Test ride the scooter safely.
If the scooter operates normally after charging
The issue was likely caused by low battery charge.
Continue monitoring battery performance.
If the scooter quickly loses power again
The battery may require further inspection.
Please contact support with:
- Charger behaviour video
- Battery percentage before and after riding
- Approximate riding distance achieved
Step 2 – Check the P8 voltage setting
Inspect the P8 voltage setting on the display.
For 60V models:
- P8 must be set to 60V
If the P8 setting is incorrect
Correct the setting and test the scooter again.
If the E05 error still appears after correcting the setting
The controller may require further inspection.
Please contact support.
E02 – Motor Hall Sensor Error
