E05 – Undervoltage Protection Error
This issue may be caused by:
- Low battery charge
- Battery faults
- Incorrect P8 voltage setting
- Controller faults
Step 1 – Charge the Scooter
When the E05 error appears, check whether the scooter battery is low and fully charge the scooter.
If the scooter charges and operates normally afterwards
The issue was likely caused by low battery voltage.
If the issue remains
Continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Check for Battery Range Issues
Check whether:
- The battery charges unusually quickly
- The scooter shuts down after only a short ride
- The scooter reports E05 after riding only a few kilometres
If these symptoms occur
The battery may require further inspection.
Please contact support with:
- A video showing the issue
- Charger behaviour video
- Riding distance details
If these symptoms do not occur
Continue to Step 3.
Step 3 – Check the P8 Voltage Setting

The P8 voltage parameter should be set to:
- 60V
If the P8 setting is incorrect
Correct the setting and test the scooter again.
If the P8 setting is already correct
Continue to Step 4.
Step 4 – Controller Inspection Required
If:
- The battery is charged
- The battery behaviour appears normal
- The P8 setting is correct
- The E05 error still appears
Controller A may require further inspection.
Please contact support with:
- Photos of the display settings
