Pure Air 5 / Air 5 Pro User Manual
What’s Included
- 1x Pure Air 5 (or Air 5 Pro)
- 1x Charger

- 1x Allen key (3mm)
- 4x M5 countersunk bolts
Important Information
- Maximum load: 120 kg
- Charge only between 5°C – 40°C
- Maximum charging voltage: 42V DC
- Use only the supplied charger
- Battery replacement must be done by skilled persons
Setup & Assembly
Steps
- Remove all protective packaging
- Unfold the scooter to upright position
- Raise the stem
- Secure the latch until it clicks
- Lift the handlebar onto the stem
- Align holes and insert the 4 bolts
- Tighten bolts using the Allen key
- Fully charge before first use
- Check tyre pressure (36 PSI / 2.5 Bar)
Important
- Do not ride if the latch is loose
- Ensure cables are not trapped during setup
Power & Starting
Turn On
- Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds
Start Riding
- Lift the kickstand
- Place one foot on the deck
- Push off to gain speed
- Press the throttle to accelerate
Note
- Throttle engages after reaching 3 km/h
Riding Instructions
- Steer using the handlebars
- Accelerate using the thumb throttle
- Maintain balance while riding

Error Codes – Pure Air 5 / Air 5 Pro
| Code | Fault Reason | Customer Advice |

| E1 | Rear Electronic Brake Failure | Do not ride. Contact your local support team. |
| E2 | Throttle | Do not ride. Contact your local support team. |
| F2 | Throttle | This means the throttle was not in the “0” position when the scooter was switched on. Check that the throttle is at “0”; F2 should clear. If the throttle is sticking and not naturally returning to “0”, or the fault persists, do not ride and contact your local support team. |
| E3 | System Communication | Do not ride. Contact your local support team. |
| E4 | Over-current | Contact your local support team. |
| E5 | Under-voltage | Contact your local support team. |
| E6 | Over-voltage | If this only appears infrequently or immediately after charging and then disappears, this is expected. If it is more consistent, the unit requires inspection. Contact your local support team. |
| E7 | Motor Speed | Contact your local support team. |
| E9 | System Over Temperature | If this only appears infrequently, particularly after a long or uphill ride, and clears when allowed to cool, this is expected. If it is more consistent, the unit requires inspection. Contact your local support team. |
