Click & Collect Policy
Electric Kicks offers Click & Collect as a convenient option for customers to order online and collect their order in person from selected store locations or warehouse collection points.
This article explains how Click & Collect works, what you need to bring, and the verification process required before an order can be released.
How Click & Collect Works
- Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a second email or SMS confirming it is available to collect.
- Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days, depending on the collection location and stock availability.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store or collection point.
Important: We do not release Click & Collect orders to taxi, Uber, courier, or similar collection services.
What to Bring When Collecting
To collect your order, you must bring:
- A copy of your order confirmation, either printed or digital
- A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport
- The credit card or payment method used to place the order, where applicable
For security reasons, Click & Collect orders can only be collected by the original customer named on the order. We cannot release Click & Collect orders to another person on the customer’s behalf.
Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all Click & Collect orders are subject to verification before release.
We may contact you by phone or email to confirm details of your order, particularly for high-value orders or transactions flagged for additional review.
In some cases, we may request additional verification. If we are unable to confirm the customer’s identity, we may decline the Click & Collect order and issue a refund.
Orders suspected of fraud will not be released and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Collection Timeframes
Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving the notification that your order is ready.
If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
If you need additional time to collect your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Changing or Cancelling a Click & Collect Order
If you need to cancel or change your Click & Collect order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible if your order has already been prepared for collection.
