- Within 30 Days: If your product was purchased within 30 days of the warranty issue arising, Electric Kicks will cover the costs of return shipping. The unit will be inspected upon arrival to determine the root cause of the issues.
- After 30 Days: If the warranty issue arises more than 30 days after purchase, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping to Electric Kicks' head office or an authorized service center.
