Electric Kicks provides a 12-month warranty on all new products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Here are the key points of our warranty policy: To be eligible for warranty claims, the product must have been used for less than 1,000 kilometers and the claim must be submitted by the original owner. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and it does not cover damages caused by crashes, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper storage, exceeding weight limits, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Tires and general maintenance are also not covered.
